Kimberly Phipps-Nichol & Tom Griggs
Kimberly Phipps-Nichol is a transplant to Houston, and is thrilled to call Houston home. She is a registered commercial interior designer who owns Blue Water Studio where she designs healthy, high performance workplaces and inspiring public spaces. Kimberly is also co-founder of RoKi Design with her biz partner Roslyn. They create wearable art and accessories with both vintage, luxury silk scarves, and print new scarves as alternative fund raisers for non-profits and alternative revenue platforms for artists.
Dr. Nguyen “Tom” Griggs is a native Houstonian (Love Ya Blue) and hails from a family of entrepreneurs. A third degree black belt in traditional Japanese Jujitsu and a recovering college professor, Dr. Griggs owns Lead Connect Grow, a consultancy that helps create Black Belt Leaders that others want to follow.
